We need help in transporting dogs from shelters nearby and far flung, to vet appointments, to adoption events, and to foster homes.
This can be from taking an animal for a vet appointment, to picking up an animal at a shelter, to picking up supplies, or even taking rabbits to their new home. Sometimes we have long trips that are needed too.

Volunteers will interact with wonderful kids, encourage them to express their unique creative personalities, and assist with putting together their creations. Volunteers may also help organize material donations, assist with miscellaneous Community Makerspace tasks, and enhance our Depot for Creative Reuse. No prior experience necessary.
Child Creativity Lab hosts numerous S.T.E.A.M.-based, creativity-enhancing workshops on-site at schools, after-school programs, libraries, and many other community locations every single week. Volunteers will interact with wonderful kids, encourage them to express their unique creative personalities, and assist with putting together their creations.
We offer monthly luncheons to our residents. Volunteers lovingly prepare a delicious meal in our kitchen for a house full of mothers and mothers-to-be.
Casa Teresa provides a wide range of on-going classes that help our residents achieve independence, including GED preparation, nutrition, home economics, literacy, budgeting, career planning, resume workshops and building self-esteem. We accept qualified instructors who are willing to provide their talent and skill for the benefit of our residents.
From time to time, our office staff and house mothers have a need for help with various duties around the campus. This may include preparing and cleaning rooms for incoming residents, organizing baby clothes, babysitting, answering phones, data entry and filing.
