Volunteers are needed to help work with the animals, feed the animals and help keep the shelter clean.
Help is needed organizing donation events.
Pantry volunteers help stock and distribute food to the families that we serve, separate items from cases / bulk quantities at the pantry, help clients select food items during pantry operations, coordinate pantry food donations from member churches, and more.
The Holiday Program provides gifts to survivors and their children. Volunteers act as “elves” and “reindeer” who receive, sort, and package the presents each year.
Volunteering in the arts is a great opportunity to make new community connections, to use your time and professional skills in new and exciting ways, and to learn more about the incredible arts organizations that are part of our region.
Our official volunteer program requires volunteers to be at least 14 years of age. If you represent a non-profit with volunteers under the age of 14, we still have an opportunity for you! Your group can participate as one of our Sunday “Spirit Stations.”
Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend to help with all facets of the event such as fluid stations, on-course aid stations, start and finish line area. Donations range depending on the volunteer assignment and the adult to youth ratio the group is able to provide. All volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.
