Volunteers are needed to assist with general office support such as: organizing and maintaining the Resource wall, inventorying and sorting the supply room, sanding and painting wooden toys to give to children, special event mailers, assembling thank you gifts, and other projects.

Students, groups or businesses interested in doing a one-time project to help the Prevention Center can spearhead the collection of much needed items. Examples include: Diaper Drive, Backpack Drive or School Supplies Drive.

Many of our guests rarely receive a home-cooked meal, and are very appreciative when a dinner is provided . You can schedule your family or group to provide a weekday meal. (We ask that you plan to feed 20 people)

The Guest House is a typical home needing to be cared for on an ongoing basis. There are beds to be made, laundry to be done and cabinets to be straightened.

Share your important skill set with us through administrative, fundraising, graphic design, party planning, marketing, IT, and other types of support. Opportunities to be a Support Volunteer will vary from project to project.

Allow parents to attend KidWorks workshops without distraction by providing childcare for kids of all ages. This opportunity is great for both individuals and groups!

Opportunities to serve include working on the soupline, in the kitchen, in the dining hall, or in the library for our Monday morning soup service from 9:00 until noon. We’re also looking for more soup-makers for Monday soup line!
