With three ministry buildings and two rental homes on 15 acres, there’s always work to be done for our maintenance and facilities volunteers! Whether it’s providing snow removal, lawn care, cleaning or other small maintenance tasks, these volunteers keep us going in every season.

Our events require the help of many dedicated volunteers. There are many ways for individuals of all ages to volunteer time and talent, including as a volunteer for one-time events such as community events or work days, in the woods as a Mentor-in-Training, on one of our Board Committees or as a Board Member.

Maintenance assistance such as mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, fencing, and farm equipment skills are always needed.

Work backstage during a show, assist with costumes or props, join the set building and painting crew, usher or sell concessions. Sound interesting?

Assist with event planning, event setup, beverage sales, information booth, and more to help make the festival an enjoyable event for everyone. Sign-ups begin in May.

Filing, calling, assembling bulk mail – Most of the mailings that go out through LAS for the Volunteer and Education Departments are made possible by volunteer efforts.
