Each year, Day of Caring volunteers work on improvement projects for Auglaize County; these services are available for all qualifying non-profit organizations, community recreational facilities, historical sites, and other relevant areas. The projects consist of activities such as landscaping, painting and repair.

Parents sign their children up during multiple opportunities throughout the year to receive books delivered to their homes. Volunteers for Hidden Harvest are needed when we have fresh produce that needs to be sorted. Volunteers are needed when we host food distributions.
The Saginaw Children’s Zoo has over 125 volunteer tended gardens. Each garden has its own unique personality and flair, just like the volunteers who lovingly tend them. Our gardens are maintained by dedicated individuals, families, and organizations.
