The Saginaw Art Museum currently seeks individuals to join the Docent Training Program. Docents provide provoking and thoughtful tours of the permanent collection and changing exhibitions to museum visitors of all ages as well as educate visitors about art, culture, and history.

The Guest Services Associate provides quality customer service to museum guests as well as maintains museum standards and security. Become an ambassador to a leading cultural organization in the Great Lakes Bay Region and provide an enriching experience for all museum visitors.

Seeking individuals to help with evening arts and cultural events in areas of marketing, guest registration and direction, and set-up and clean-up duties.

Assist with activities or outings (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly) **CPR/First Aid and Recipient Rights Training Required** Activity Examples: Bingo, Crafts, Social Hour, Member Lunches, Birthday Parties, Baking, Cooking, Walking, etc. Outing Examples: John Ball Zoo, Frederik Meijer Garden, Bowling, Nature Center, Grocery Outing, Festivals, Concerts, Whitecaps Baseball Games, etc.

Instruct a class or workshop for our members (Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly) Examples: Yoga, Meditation, Exercise, Cooking, Making Soap, Life Skills, Job Skills, Crafts, Baking, Nutrition, Journal Writing, etc.

This group of diverse community volunteers meets every month to discuss drug-use trends and activities that will advance our community prevention objectives.

Strengthening the community through a limited amount of housing rehab and rental, blight removal.
