Want to get a behind-the-scenes look at heidi duckler dance and its diverse performance locations? There are many ways to volunteer with us including as a performance usher, administrative support, production assistant, event planner, hair/make up, and more!

Help plan and set up special events for the clients (i.e. picnics, field trips, sporting events, special lunches, holiday and birthday parties). Sponsor a field trip for youth to a museum, a ballgame or bake delicious goodies as a special treat or sponsor a party. Times vary

Essential to the daily operations of The Center. Light office duties such as data entry, phone calls, copying, mailing, preparation, typing, filing, etc. Flexible hours.

Volunteers will help out with labeling and stamping books/magazines/comic books, removing discarded materials, shelving books, CDs and DVDs, assisting with special events and preparing crafts. Qualifications: Minimum 14 years of age to 18. Ability to read and understand basic English and follow written and verbal instructions.

Volunteers help out with answering general questions from patrons, providing directions and information on library services.

Volunteers help out with removing RFID tags from discarded materials, boxing discarded materials, sorting CDs and books on carts, shelving materials, putting away magazines, processing paperback books and other special duties as assigned by staff.

Remote volunteering is a way to volunteer when you don’t have the time or flexibility to be on The Center premises during our open hours. Contact us as we may have projects that you can do from the comfort of your home.
