Under the direction of the house manager, concession workers are expected to assist with a preshow inventory, setup, sales, and closing of the concession stand. At all times, concession workers should be courteous and pleasant to patrons of The Music Hall. If there are any issues that cannot be resolved, seek the house manager’s assistance.
