Share a special talent and passion with our students by leading them in a fun, energetic, hands-on workshop. Workshops can focus on art, science, music, dance, creative writing, etc.

We have to raise over $4000 a month to run the Burrow, so we can help prevent animals from being killed and find them forever homes. We need lots of help here!

Opportunities to serve include working on the soupline, in the kitchen, in the dining hall, or in the library for our Monday morning soup service from 9:00 until noon. We’re also looking for more soup-makers for Monday soup line!

Help with outreach, public relations, humane education, fundraising events (luncheons, silent auctions, garage sales, theater nights, casino nights, motorcycle poker runs, sell candy & Entertainment Books, solicit donations from businesses), arts/crafts, making or soliciting for various fundraisers, or grant writing.

We offer monthly luncheons to our residents. Volunteers lovingly prepare a delicious meal in our kitchen for a house full of mothers and mothers-to-be.

Casa Teresa receives hundreds of in-kind donations weekly that need to be sorted and organized for our moms and babies. Donations are used in many different ways, but the first priority is always our moms. Residents have the first pick of all in-kind donations.
