Preserve Monitors are formally trained and visit the preserves/natural areas three times a year to ensure the property is being used properly and act as unbiased eyes on the property.
Preserve Volunteers help build trail, remove invasive species, complete plantings and participate in citizen science projects on the preserves
If you are skilled in dance, art, cooking, sports, computers, financial literacy, music, etc., you could be a special opportunity teacher for our five week classes.

Help with Camp upkeep.
Participate in a 1-1 match with a college student whose career interests align with your career. Advise student on how to be successful in college and beyond. Attend mentor training and commit to once a month meetings with your student.
Scan Negatives, Research, etc…
If you enjoy carpentry projects, like to paint, or work outside being on our Building Committee would be perfect for you. The History Center is comprised of three buildings: The Orr Mansion, The Logan County Museum, and the Transportation Museum so there is always a project in the works.
Halloween KidFest, Christmas Open House etc.
Christian Educators develop the curriculum that we provide into lessons for the campers. There is an hour Christian Education lesson for groups each day. The Christian Educator plans and leads outdoor Vespers worship service each evening.
