Attend community events or visit community houses of worship, organizations, and businesses to speak about the Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaboratives’ important programs – supported and accompanied by a staff or board member.
Help prepare and serve free bagged lunches to kids in a neighborhood park weekday(s) 11am – 1pm. Activity coordinators are also needed.
Patiently provide supervision and assistance on homework assignments as needed. Coach students through difficult assignments without taking ownership of the assignment. Community engagers that raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Association programs and link medical professionals to these services. These volunteers serve as a liaison between the Alzheimer’s Association and local medical professionals. Tasks include direct phone calls to physician offices, preparing direct mailings, delivering information to physician office locations.
