Anyone can be an ambassador for BCWA by promoting our conservation efforts and programs to schools, businesses and the community. We will provide any literature you need. Volunteering at events and fairs such as the Midwest Native Plant Conference is another way to engage the community.

Volunteers can help clean, archive & inventory materials, update web site & social media channels, decorate for occasions, and attend Board meetings.

Volunteer positions are available in more than 40 departments and service areas. It’s our goal to find the best match for each Atrium volunteer’s skills and interests.

Our very active field crews work on habitat restoration including invasive control, planting and seed collection. Other efforts include boardwalk and trail construction, repair, and maintenance.
