Assistance with fundraising
Assist with event planning or help on the day of to make everything run smooth.
Are people who may not be able to help at camp but want to help out during the year and help us with fundraiser events… ie. Fireworks booth, silent auctions, information events, grant writing etc
Help to hang exhibits, work on artists receptions, work as a docent, work on cataloguing exhibit slides.
Identifying funders, making presentations on behalf of the gallery, networking with funding agencies, phone calls and letter correspondence, help write the grants.
Plan and coordinate workshops for young artists, coordinate resident artiest to give workshops, develop programs in multicultural education, planning and organizing workshops for Art Educators, creating educational materials on current exhibits.
Do you like to crochet or knit? We have the amazing support of The Children’s Cabinet Stitchers! They make baby blankets and other quilts that we distribute to new parents and families.
