Resources for the Earth and Agriculture Discovered and Shared (READS) mentors work one-on-one with elementary students in this after-school program. Assist naturalists as you work with children ages 3 to 13 in nature-based classes. Learn along with the children as you participate in outdoor and inside activities. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is a perfect volunteer opportunity for the young-at-heart, ages 14 and older!

We currently offer morning, afternoon and evening time slots for childcare. This enables our clients to job hunt, search for housing, take a nap and simply get a break. Interact and play with the children.
