ABC Learn, Inc. regularly receives large shipments of books which we distribute to children at local community events. Before these books are able to go out, they must be labeled and counted. ABC Learn is looking for volunteers to help with these labeling projects all throughout the year.
A Games Management Team (GMT) member is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the assigned functional area within the event. The GMT member may be responsible for training and leading a team of volunteers.
We often need aid in Spanish translations or assisting during one of our community engagement events.
There are many volunteer opportunities throughout the year at the Neighborhood Music School. Volunteer tasks range from simple cleaning around the house and the school grounds to helping with repairs. The needs vary from month to month, based on what’s happening at the school.
Options volunteers have various backgrounds, professions and interests. Here are some of the ways you can serve the cause: become an Options Representative, be an ambassador, help with mailings, pack Hope Boxes, gardening, data entry, and more.

A photographer photographs Special Olympics athletes and events to help us highlight the movement. A Marketing Videographer/Editor works on special projects, shoots and edits videos including testimonials and athlete profiles. An Event Photographer/Videographer volunteer helps capture the special moments in lives of Special Olympics athletes during competitions and other special events.
Throughout the year we have various touchpoint where we need a few extra hands to help with the adventure playground or with an event. We also need help with a few low hanging fruit opportunities like stamping business cards, entering data in spreadsheets, organizing paperwork etc. We also hope to be holding a few special…
These volunteers help us put on workshops and events by assisting artists during workshops, being an ambassador to the public during events, checking in guests for exhibition openings, and helping to setup and break down events and programs. Volunteers must be 15 years or older or accompanied by a guardian if younger.
Come out and help us sort a large donation of new clothing to distribute to local homeless agencies and shelters. Our volunteer days are held on Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to noon. Groups welcome! Our minimum age for volunteers is 14.
