Each year, dozens of caring people and organizations assist The Brookline Center with event planning, fundraising support, and occasional program-related opportunities.
As a volunteer, you’ll assist us in staffing our various events throughout the year including demo day and conference.

The Survivor Speakers Bureau (SSB) reaches hundreds of people every year, including high school and college students, police, journalists, health-care providers, legislators, the military, and others. Joining the SSB is a powerful way to connect with people, put a face to this issue, and motivate communities to take action to end sexual violence. Requires training.
Boston By Foot tour guides, or “docents”, are fun, knowledgeable locals who enthusiastically volunteer their time to deliver tours and share their love for Boston. We are also looking for volunteers to work indoors to help sort the samples once they are collected. This involves sorting the inorganic and organic material, and classifying the microplastics into different categories and filling out a data sheet. Training is provided on-site.
