Resource Navigators assist Nevadans living in the “tyranny of the moment” who need the most basic services (housing, food, clothing, childcare, etc.). Navigators utilize our direct referral platform to connect clients with community-based organization and assist in finding optional resources. Virtual individual training is provided. Flexible schedule.
Selects projects, coordinates trapping effort with colony caretaker, transports trapped cats to clinic or staging facility. Post surgery returns cats to colony caretaker.
Cares for the cats pre/post surgery at the staging facility. Cleans traps, provides food and water, and sweeps and mops the floor.
Requires access to a vehicle
The Davies Project is currently in need of volunteers to drive seriously ill children (with a parent) to their doctor appointments, expectant moms to their prenatal appointments, and parents to the hospital NICU to visit their infants.
Help with events and corporations that wish to give back
Provide housing or help supply food as a housing and hospitality volunteer.
Volunteers help clean, repair, and refurbish donated bikes. You will be matched with a team based on your skill and knowledge of bike repair.
Go through our facility and inventory what we have. When that is done. We need things moved to their proper place so everything is organized.
Performances take many hands for loading/unloading, spotlights, cleaning crew, sewing/wardrobe, and stagehands. Training provided for some roles.
