Help with filing, mailings, assembling packets and answering phones. Please know that as a Catholic school, we require Virtus training (with background check) for any volunteers who will work with or near students.
The Club often needs help putting together mailings at our offices during regular business hours.
For frail seniors, treating isolation can be as important as treating one’s health. Friendly visitors and phone pals help them stay connected. Please note: Volunteers who work directly with frail seniors are asked to make a one-year commitment, receive special training, and are subject to background checks.
The library/lounge is the quiet center of the Susi Q, and volunteers tend to our lending library, magazines, and newspapers.
Giving Children Hope’s Disaster Relief program has served communities stricken by both manmade and natural disasters for 25 years. Help with seasonal opportunities such as the We’ve Got Your Back Summer Distribution and the December toy drive. You will help with distribute, packaging, wrapping parties, and more.
Special Events Volunteers will assist club special events as needed by the Volunteer Coordinator. This may include: setting up tables, chairs and or decorations, attendee registration, food service, and clean up.
Help our staff and event committees at our Legacy Ball, Holiday Lunch, and various events in our Great Room.
Arts-minded? Gallery Q is a unique outlet for community artists, and needs help planning and running its opening night receptions.
