The SPCA of Northern Nevada offers a low-cost vaccine and microchip clinic right here at the SPCA’s Adoption Center. We are looking for vet program students to help assist with our clinic.

The SPCA of Northern Nevada has a wonderful network of foster care volunteers who open up their homes and hearts — for a few weeks or even a few months — to care for hundreds of puppies and kittens.

Can help in the areas of: Information desk, Administration, Registration Dept, Infusion Center, Patient & Public Relations, CVMC Clinics, Breast Cancer Resource Center, Dietary Dept, Lab/Medical Imaging Dept, Physical Therapy, or Special Events

A big part of a veteran’s successful treatment is getting to and from dental appointments and picking up their prescriptions. Many of these men and women do not have reliable transportation. Facility Crew members help maintain our nearly 6-acre ranch! Responsibilities can include but are not limited to, cleaning our building, weeding, maintaining fences, ranch repairs, etc.

Help staff information booths and activity stations for community events such as the Run for Education and Boys & Girls Club Day for Kids.

The Junior Coach program is a great way to earn required community service hours for school while having fun and helping younger participants develop their golf and life skills. Students 14 years and older are encouraged to participate in the Junior Coach program. Junior Coaches can also be participants in The First Tee programs.
