Want to be a part of the team that helps organize our signature events like Great American Cleanup or Perk Up the Park?
You could help out at any number of community activities! Water fitness classes, holiday parties, art nights or playing basketball, are just a few of the fun activities you could join throughout the year!
Event volunteers assist with set up and take down of event equipment. During events, CPC volunteers educate the general public about “pit bull” dogs and about the work our organizations does, both within the rescue community as well as the Greater Cincinnati community at large.
The middle grades program consists of six (6) to eight (8) – 45 minute sessions.
The Adopt a Park program is where a company, group of individuals, or other organizations agree to clean up a park six or more times a year. Groups who adopt a park will get signage placed at the park that they have adopted and will have access to safety vests, trash bags, and gloves.
There are a great many things we do around here to prepare and maintain the facilities that we can find something that can utilize your assistance. Together we can accomplish much. Your help is appreciated.
Volunteers can assist in checking out customers, answering phones, scheduling deliveries, stocking shelves, setting up displays, unloading donations, sorting materials, and pricing donated materials.
Share your knowledge of construction and guide program participants in learning new skills and serve as a role model and mentor.
Any kind of office or administrative help, such as answering the phones, filing, data entry, making copies, assembling packets, stuffing envelopes, etc.
We will not only teach you about Citizens’ Climate Lobby’s methods and visions but also inspire you to find your role so you can hit the ground running. Join CCL marches, trips to DC, or informational events to promote legislation that addresses climate change.
