No prior construction experience is required to work on any day. We believe working onsite can even provide a valuable learning experience for those seeking basic building skills. All construction volunteers must be 16 years or older, and 18 years or older to work with power tools.

Help in our Sparks head office with a variety of general office work, and simple accounting tasks.
Assist with a variety of Thrift Store operations: Donation preparation, processing, repairing for sale. Customer service, tag, size, and stock clothing daily. Other duties as needed.
Work directly with a woman in need of support and encouragement. Help her find a suit and the confidence that makes her shine and increases her chances of getting a job.
Behind the scenes or out in front, help ensure our events are successful. Participate in an event committee, assist with logistics, volunteer on site or work on fundraising.
