For interested individuals there are opportunities to gain experience providing counseling to callers to the Agency’s 24 hour crisis hotline. Individuals may also provide counseling on a 1:1 and/or Group basis to Survivors of sexual assault and/or significant others/family members of Survivors.
We count on a core group of more than 70 volunteers who are involved in the daily operations of the Pantry. Volunteers pack groceries, receive food donations, stock shelves, sort food to maintain quality control and help maintain sanitary working conditions. You can also assist with clerical responsibilities such as typing and data entry, or organize and hold food drives.
Volunteers assist with accepting and sorting donations, stocking the shop floor, helping customers find the perfect outfit and working at the cash registers. Hours are very flexible.
