We are looking for a volunteer to support the internship team and manage job postings. The volunteer would spend a minimum of 2 hours a week scanning the internet for open internships in Michigan and post them to the private LinkedIn Group to support the MCWT Internship Program.
A 10-week Professional Mentorship Program for 11th and 12th grade students to connect and receive support from professionals related to preparing for a dream career. AYA will partner students and professional mentors, facilitate online mentor meetings, and provide support and resources to help foster meaningful relationships.
Tutor students k-12 from 5-7pm.
Board Members serve two year terms, to help guide and oversee the school, in conjunction with the administrative and faculty departments. Monthly meetings with some committee work; time commitment 1-2 hrs per week. Finance experience preferred.
Vaccine Outreach volunteers help dispel myths about the COVID vaccine and connect the community to vaccine sites. Volunteer from home to text or phone bank about the vaccine, or come canvass with us to leave educational materials for your neighbors.
We need volunteers to help us coach and mentor children in various sports including soccer, basketball , volleyball, flag football and baseball. Volunteers may also assist during special events.
Volunteer in our warehouse and make a difference in the lives of the children, seniors, and families we serve by helping us ensure we give out safe, nutritious, and high quality food. Opportunities include: Food Sorting, Senior Box Packing, Backpack Packing, Clean Repack Room, Facility Support, Saturday Workdays, and Family Night;
Foster- 2 weeks – 3 months you would provide a safe and loving home for a rescue cat or dog.
Foster- 3 months – 1 year, this gives them time to adjust to a loving home and us time to finding them a forever home.
Volunteer Coaches are expected to commit to a weekly engagement over a 10 week season in the fall and/or spring. Volunteers must be free for at least 2 hours on weekdays between 2:30 and 4:30PM.
