Training: Must complete Turning Point’s 40-hour Core Volunteer Training. 
Time: a minimum of 4 hours per week.

Volunteers will be answering telephones to provide crisis intervention, referrals, information, shelter intake and information on Turning Point services to callers. The function of this position is to support shelter and crisis line staff meet the needs of survivors.
