We are always looking for new and creative ways for volunteers to get involved but some examples of volunteer opportunities include: working in the thrift store, assisting with awareness month outreach activities, providing childcare, providing transportation, moving furniture, etc.

We are neighbors lending a hand to our fellow neighbors, striving to understand social issues that affect all of us. In this approach, we gain perspective from the wisdom of one another. The majority of our mediators are volunteers from the community who have received special training in conflict resolution techniques and communication skills. WCDRC mediators come from a wide variety of professions, including law, education, social work, and law enforcement.
