Kitchen Leader volunteers are the point of contact and leader for meal service volunteers, especially first-time volunteers. By greeting, leading, equipping, instructing, and facilitating tasks before, throughout and after the meal, Kitchen Leaders ensure a smoothly run meal, happy volunteers, and satisfied guests!
We are serving more people than ever at Wheeler and need extra hands to help prepare meals. Tasks may range from chopping, mixing, stirring, creating, baking, and other cooking needs! Training will be provided on working in a commercial kitchen, safety, and more.
