Community leaders and business professionals participate in interviews to help EforAll decide which applicants will be a good fit for the Accelerator Program. In conjunction with the Accelerator Curriculum, entrepreneurs may need guided help with specific topics. This can be done through one-on-one or small group sessions with a specialist that is available for “office hours.”
Specialists are highly knowledgeable in a particular field and lead a workshop-style session in the Accelerator Program guided by EforAll’s curriculum. Sessions are conducted on site with the Accelerator Cohort and EforAll staff and are between 1-2 hours.
Accelerator Mentors come from a variety of backgrounds and use their business and leadership experience to guide new entrepreneurs through the process of turning their idea into a growing business.
