Join us on beautiful island farms. We provide tools, and instruction and an experienced Field Captain. Most gleans last about two hours. Volunteers may keep a share of the harvest for themselves.
Work as a team in commercial kitchens to wash, chop, freeze and pickle. A ServeSafe manager leads processing events.
The museum values part-time volunteers during our busy summer and fall months. Working in the museum gift shop, assisting with admissions and membership sales, and staffing special programs would be a few of the many areas available to participate.
Volunteers have the opportunity to work directly with Club members, staff, and the community. We offer volunteer opportunities in the areas of: tutoring, program assistance, special events, administrative support, and more.

Answer phones, greet visitors and clients, file paperwork.
Supervise and engage children in activities while their parents attend individual or group counseling.
Arrange for transportation to court or other community agencies.
Help shelter residents by picking up and transporting their belongings from Cross Roads House or an off-site storage unit to their new home.
Prepare and serve breakfast or dinner meals for our residents. Some kitchen experience is helpful for this opportunity. Volunteers will work closely with our Kitchen Coordinator.
