The Hernandez After-School Program (HASP) and Friends of the Hernández (FOH) is seeking individuals to join our passionate team for the 2020-2021 school year.

Our volunteer needs change with the seasons. Some ways that you can help include: Cleaning, Organizing clothing, Working in the Food Pantry,, Being an on-call driver to pick up holiday donations, and Sorting toys during the holidays. All of our volunteers need to complete the Gardner CAC volunteer application form, and pass a CORI check.

Whether you can give a few hours, a few weeks, or a few months, volunteering at the Girl Scout office could include everything from envelop stuffing to social media analytics.

Can you assist with typing, record keeping or putting a display in place? Perhaps you’d like to help lead tours of our collection? Short term and continuing helpers are needed.

If you want to be more involved with an individual family volunteer as a mentor, family buddy, new family mentor, or for hospital visitation.

Help shape and lead encore gatherings in local areas for networking, learning and sharing; 2 hours of training, then lead approximately 1 meeting per month.

Help us build our presence on Facebook and Twitter; 5 hours per month for 3 months, and 2-3 hours per month thereafter.
