Mentors are essential to the success of college graduates. The college has volunteer opportunities available for people of all ages and backgrounds. Volunteers can work for just a few hours, or they can give more time if available.
Volunteers can help at our weekend clinics
Help is needed in the office entering records. Computer and typing skills needed for this opportunity.
Volunteers are needed to help work with the animals, feed the animals and help keep the shelter clean.
Volunteers can tutor or mentor at local schools or help with our new After School program.
Pantry volunteers help stock and distribute food to the families that we serve, separate items from cases / bulk quantities at the pantry, help clients select food items during pantry operations, coordinate pantry food donations from member churches, and more.
Help in the studio and office
Volunteers can help support our Bookclubs, Arts programs and STEM programs.
Commit to a minimum of 100 hours per year, most shifts will be in 3- or 4-hour increments. Specific requirements will depend on the position.
Chatfield College events like the Nun Run 5K & the Quilt, Car and Craft Show are made possible because of the many fine volunteers who give of their time and talents.
