In 2018, we made a commitment to become a zero waste event. Implementing new three-stream waste stations requires guidance from individuals like you. We need volunteers to guide patrons when tossing out their compost, recycling, and landfill items. Both individuals and teams are welcome!
In addition, we have need for volunteers doing transportation, working at events, fundraising, marketing, photography, sending email, distributing flyers, etc.
You can also support us by holding a fundraiser or food drive! All of our money and food is privately donated, we do not receive any assistance form any government agency. Vitalant’s donation centers and blood drives have a refreshment area, also called a canteen. Volunteers manage the area, monitoring donor safety by making sure each donor stays for 15 minutes and enjoys a snack and drink to help replace lost fluids.
