Volunteers help with planning, fundraising, set up, and parking or act as greeters, ticket takers, and more.

Help with event development and planning. Assist with the setup, sales, decor, and more on the day of an event.

We are always looking for volunteers to lead activities or help with homework at both of our youth centers.

Help with minor home maintenance like changing/cleaning air filters, smoke alarm batteries, light bulbs, etc. Pick-up and deliver medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, motorized scooters, crutches, etc. Provide transportation to limited locations. Sanitize and test medical equipment.

Volunteers lead a live educational webinar to teach a digital skill to learners. Webinars are an hour of lecture-style instruction followed by a Q&A session for 10-30 mins.

Volunteers assist with planning or on the day for our events such as our run/walk events. Volunteers help out at registration, water stations, along the course, finish line, and with breakdown and clean up.

We’d love to hear from anyone that would like to volunteer their time and participate with us in our events and exhibitions. In-person event support & remote volunteer opportunities available.

Volunteer as a Personal Statement Coach at one of our college workshops. Be a panel speaker at an upcoming career fair. Be a judge at our Word Wizard spelling bee competition. Attend one of our LACER sports tournaments.

Childcare volunteers supervise children during facility programs when mothers are working on case management needs, health and medical appointments and additional times as needed. They also make arts and crafts, read stories, play games, watch educational videos, go on field trips, and tutor.
