Assist with transportation needs such as deliveries and drop-offs.
Help us to restore native habitats at Bolsa Chica by removing invasive plant species and installing native plants. Restoration volunteers will get a chance to clean up our wetlands with trash pick-ups and even occasional kayak clean-ups. Restoration volunteers may also help with growing native plants and educating the public.
With so many little hands in the Museum, we always need help to disinfect. If you have time to spare in your day, we would love to have your help!

We are always seeking volunteers for general office/clerical assistance.
Assist with assembly of marketing or survival kits that will be distributed to those in need.
Volunteers are needed and appreciated in greeting and escorting our participants from their arriving transportation into the activities area. This will require assisting those with walkers and also pushing wheelchairs.
Volunteers perform a variety of tasks in the store such as sharing the mission and artisan stories, unpacking new merchandise and helping restock the floor, helping with inventory and other retail tasks. Volunteers choose from 2 -3 hour shifts on days and weeks that are convenient for them.
Help by greeting and interacting with customers, unpacking and checking orders, assisting with displays and operating the cash register.
Unpack a hand drum from India. Learn about Fair Trade. Show a child where Kenya is on the map. Transport recyclables to the recycling center. Restock the store of handicrafts. This is a just a sampling of the different types of activities undertaken by Ten Thousand Villages volunteers.
