We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us with our public education events and tabling events! This would involve helping us set-up and take down information tables, help with craft preparation, our traveling bookstore, and of course participate in some education and outreach about Detroit Audubon and bird conservation!
Be a part of our signature evening event, Wags & Whiskers. You can assist at the event with activities such as set-up, break-down, host duties. Serve wine before the show and at intermission. 21+ years old
Volunteers assist with work projects, afternoon activities, general cleaning and staff back up. Volunteers with cars may be asked to run errands and provide transportation.
Sell 50/50 raffle tickets before the show and during intermission
Print will-call tickets, process credit cards and handle cash sales for walk-up ticket purchases. Training or prior experience is required for this position.
Distribute Will Call tickets. No training required.
