Like working with people? Like to cook? Our events are volunteer-staffed, and we couldn’t host them without the help of many hands. Duties might include greeters, event set-up and clean-up, refreshments, photography, or committee involvement.
Fostering cats in your home. If you can provide a wonderful, temporary home for cats and kittens, FCS also uses foster homes for cats.

We have an ongoing bottle drive. This has provided a monthly amount to help with bills. Volunteers sort and return bottles and hand in the receipts. This has become larger over the years and in 2020 the bottle drive raised over $40K!
This is often the least favorite job but very crucial as there is always something that needs to be cleaned. Used cages must be disinfected including sides, floor and doors.
