Interested in volunteering or want to help with a special project? We welcome individuals and groups to come and work on many different areas of need.

From seating patrons at concerts and giving tours to visiting musicians, to helping out with mailings and other office duties, MSO volunteers are a part of it all. We can’t do it without you.

Mending, washing, sorting of clothing, seasonal changeover, clean, repair, safety check donated furniture and large items, sorting, organizing, purging files, and administrative assistant.

Do you have a special talent or presentation that kindergarten through fifth grade students would enjoy? We need community members to make our program a success. Here are some examples of activities we have had in the past: DJs, camp songs, storytellers, yoga, historical plays, music groups, karate, Native American dancing, robots, and Zumba. Presentations…

Assist this committee with design, printing, distribution of marketing materials. Writing press releases, PSA’s, articles for local newspaper, magazines and radio spots. Assist in the maintenance of the PCA website.

Assist in bringing new performers, and artists to PCA galleries for special events and demonstrations.

Cleaning one time or on regular basis, carpet and furniture cleaning, rebuilding of new space, and painting and repairs as needed.

Assist with the registration process for all members’ exhibits as well the “Annual Juried Art Show” and the annual “Fine Art of Photography” exhibit. Also assist with the hanging of the art for these shows.

Help maintain the gardens with a group of fellow volunteers who enjoy gardening…during all seasons.

Greet our visitors as a host at the reception desk, Russell Gallery, special events and receptions.
