This night is a fantastic opportunity for families to bond, youth to meet each other, and future Mechanics in Training to get their feet wet. Youth are also given the opportunity to volunteer and learn skills right alongside adults, a unique opportunity! Youth who are not with an adult need to be ready to leave…

During volunteer nights, volunteers help us maintain our space by sorting donations, building bikes for our Youth Give-a-Way program, cleaning the space and general upkeep of our warehouse. General Volunteers work in the shop on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5-8pm.

Volunteer youth instructors work with youth during our Youth Earn-a-Bike or Youth Ride Club program. Volunteer Youth Instructors are required to get a central registry clearance through the Department of Human Services and have a separate orientation to attend.

Our chapter is comprised of volunteers that have tremendous pride in our community. We share our experiences and expertise with the next generation of entrepreneurs, knowing that strong small businesses are the foundation of a strong local economy.

Paddle along with RCA’s River Stewards to help with cleanup and outreach efforts or adopt a section of the river. Visually inspect the river, remove trash, record wildlife sightings, and share information with river users.

The Holland Symphony Orchestra League is a volunteer organization dedicated to the support of the Holland Symphony Orchestra through educational, promotional and fund-raising activities. The League supports Holland Symphony by: ushering at concerts, selling tickets at the concert, volunteering in the Symphony office, pre-concert dinners, and classical chats before concerts.

Volunteers serves as personal guides, accompanying newly diagnosed cancer patients to their first appointment. Provide companionship and comfort assisting on In Patient floors in creating an environment more responsive to an individual patient’s needs. Assists patients with meals and delivers fresh ice water as permitted.
