Resale volunteers assist supporting a resale shop on mission by selecting and preparing inventory, creating an inviting shopping environment, working as a cashier, or being part of the delivery and pick-up team.

Love In the Name of Christ offers a ministry of freedom to people who would otherwise be home-bound. In cooperation with several other local organizations and using volunteer labor, Love INC builds approximately five handicap ramps per month during the building season! Volunteers can assist as carpenters, CAD/print drawing, and builders.

Our Appliance Ministry provides gently used appliances to Neighbors in Need, including washers, dryers, fridges, and stoves. Appliance repair includes repair, cleaning, and updating appliances.

New Directions offers life skill classes and workshops in many locations throughout Muskegon County. Instructors teach basic life skills in a community setting.

Clearinghouse volunteers directly serve neighbors in need. This includes listening to our neighbors and learning their story; connecting neighbors to resources such as food, clothing, furniture, diapers, transportation and more; and offering ongoing support through check in calls, sharing of additional resources and prayer.

Being a foster based rescue we are always in dire need of caring animal lovers to foster dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. D.A.W.G. pays for all expenses except for you’re love, which cannot be bought, but given.

We are always in need of good-hearted volunteers to walk, socialize, transport and train our pets. And equally important, we need volunteers willing to help with fundraising/grant writing as this is the only way we can keep caring for the animals!
