Deliver the healing meals to our clients every week is a special job. Delivery Angels pick up the meal bags at our kitchen on Wednesday between 4:30 – 5:30 and deliver them to 1-3 homes.

If you have whole food cooking experience, we’d love to have you join us as an adult mentor chef! You must love working with young people and have a sense of humor. Weekly on Wednesday: 11:00 – 4:00

Assist us with the behind the scenes work that allows us to operate this wonderful program. Data entry, creating forms, filing, phone calls and errands are some of the duties. Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays, times based on your availability.

There are a variety of unique opportunities as a historical collections volunteer, from research and cataloging artifacts to making padded hangers or cleaning vinyl records. If you have 3-4 hours per week to volunteer, consider the Collections Department. The department accepts 1-2 volunteers each season. Training is determined by project.

Whether reading to children, stocking shelves at a food pantry or delivering meals to home-bound seniors, there are many volunteer opportunities available in central Ohio every day. ICPJ volunteers support a range of program and office activities, from bookkeeping to marketing and everything in between.

Assist with various projects at our chapter offices in Brighton and Grand Rapids, including phone calls, mailings, research and data entry. This opportunity is only available during business hours Monday–Friday.

Plan, organize and implement successful fundraising events by working on committees, helping on event day and/or participating in the event. Our special events volunteers help us by staffing our registration tables, handing out T-shirts, cheering on participants or welcoming attendees.
