College Application Completion Day, a chance to aid students with the rigors of the college admissions process including the college essay, financial aid and scholarships, and the Common Application form.
We are seeking volunteer assistants to provide direct outreach to immigrant communities throughout the Boston area for the English for Advancement program. In addition to learning more English, students will work with their career coach to develop resumes and cover letters, search for jobs, prepare for job interviews, and receive post-placement follow up.
The CHAI Works Day Program creates meaningful and fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities to lead productive and integrated lives in their communities and to increase feelings of self-worth and confidence. The program is looking for compassionate, responsible volunteers with special interests/talents/skills to share with and teach participants.

Just because you’re not in college, doesn’t mean you can’t give back! We love connecting volunteers of all ages to their communities. Jumpstart Corps members have the unique opportunity to inspire young children to learn, serve in a local community, work on a team, and build professional skills.
Interested in taking on more of a leadership role? Team Leaders coach teams of Corps members, plan and implement Jumpstart sessions, and facilitate meetings. The team leader plays a variety of roles, including coach, trainer and observer and is essential to making Jumpstart a high quality program.
Want to volunteer with your fellow classmates in a local preschool? You can help children develop the language and literacy skills they need for kindergarten success.
Cooking volunteers help the JF&CS CHAI Supported Housing program by planning out simple, tasty, and healthy meals to cook and share with 7 to 14 residents and staff at one of the JF&CS supported residences in Greater Boston and the surrounding towns.
