Assist in classes as a Computer Lab Monitor by supervising students / clients in open lab hours. Computer skills required. Or assist a regular classroom teacher during ESOL, job search class, or computer class.
Childcare volunteers assist with observing and monitoring children’s daily activities. Must be a Mandarin native speaker. EEC CORI required.
Social Worker Interns help with case management, advocacy, and resource development for the low-income clients that the department serves. Bilingual ability in Mandarin or Cantonese highly preferred.
The Advertisement Assistant Intern will help with photocopying, filing, and faxing, answering telephones, communicating and negotiating with clients, and designing, writing and proofreading the content of print advertisements. Basic knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or WordPress highly preferred. Bilingual ability in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
