The Discovery is seeking friendly and enthusiastic teen volunteers to serve as assistants for Camp Discovery, the museum’s summer camp program for kids entering kindergarten through 7th grade. Teen Assistants gain experience working with students in a fun, hands-on, science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) learning environment.

Assist the community by joining the Prayer Team, Special Events Team, Kidzrock Team, Studentrock Team, or the Rock Thrift Store Team.

Assist with connecting new and returning to the community by joining the Greeting/Ushering Team, Meet & Greet Team, Connection Central Team, or Information Center Team.

Assist on campus by joining the First Aid Team, Security/Parking Team, Communion Team, Reflections Bookstore Team, Building Maintenance Team, or Solid Rock Cafe Team.

Volunteers enable the children and adults to talk about the things they can’t talk about at school or with peers.
