Greet our visitors as a host at the reception desk, Russell Gallery, special events and receptions.
Annual Juried Show, Fine Art of Photography, Members’ Show Receptions, Community events. This work will include the planning and setting up for these events.
Assist as a volunteer on duty in the artisan shop as the sales attendant and maintain the appearance of the shop.
Assist with transportation of guest artists, assist conductor with stage set up for rehearsals, concert logistics, arrange for water and food for musicians.
Assist with concert and special events marketing, emails, e-newsletters, brochures, posters and flyers.
Assist with annual fund, concert sponsorships, endowment, planned giving, prospect identification, cultivation activities, and solicitations.
Join a standing committee and participate in the important work behind the scenes ~ Development, Education, Marketing, Gallery, Music, Facilities, Administration/Volunteers, Photography and Website.
Assist with the distribution of posters and flyers in SouthCoast communities.
Assist with event planning, logistics, set up, clean up, promotion and coordination.
Assist with the administration of educational programs, including record keeping, mailings, phone calls, site visits, training, and helping with Young People’s Concerts; all skill levels welcomed; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and any background in education, are not required but a plus.
