Anyone is welcome to pitch in to help keep our preserves up to snuff. Plus, it’s a great way to meet other conservation-minded folk!

Visit regularly and get to know and develop relationships with one or two specific residents. During your visits you might play cards, reminisce, go on a walk, join in on an activity, work a puzzle, etc…

Weekend volunteer to engage friends in small groups such as, but not limited to, manicures, adult coloring, puzzles, one-on-one visits, sing-a-longs, word games, balloon toss, easy art groups, reading groups, devotions, bingo etc. What is done depends on the volunteer’s interest and comfort level.

Volunteers go through specific training with their cats and dogs, who then are certified to comfort and give emotional support to our clients and guests.
