We can accommodate large groups for big projects such as building maintenance, painting, landscaping, canvasing, and more. Please note that we normally ask large groups to make a small contribution ($100-200) to defray the cost of paint, cleaning supplies, etc.

CWFM, a program of the Cambridge Community Center, runs every Saturday from January to April and always needs some helping hands. The Coast Kitchen is a free monthly community meal program. It runs every third Friday of the month, and we can always use volunteers to help set up and clean up!

Program Engagement Volunteers have an opportunity to be involved in a variety of activities with Casa Myrna program participants and their children. These volunteers help enrich our families’ lives by recognizing milestones during the year, teaching new skills and perspectives, and providing vital food, clothing, and household items to meet survivors’ ongoing basic needs.

SafeLink, our statewide domestic violence hotline, receives almost 30,000 calls a year. SafeLink volunteers will work alongside SafeLink Advocates to provide over-the-phone advocacy to hotline callers, including supportive listening, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
