Angel Mentor
| Description | Time commitment: 5-8 hours / week. Angel mentoring is an intense, one-on-one trauma-informed mentoring service for girls and LGBTQ+ youth ages 12-18 who are identified as survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, molestation, intimate partner violence (IPV), and stalking, whose primary goal is to restore recipients to the highest level of functioning through trauma-healing, self-love, empowerment, resiliency, and support. The program is based on strengths and empowerment perspectives, with all mentors trained in a trauma informed approach. |
