Needs |
Fundraising CoordinatorDevelop fundraising ideas and plans. Support communication with donors and potential donors. Update/maintain donor records. Issue Thank You letters. 3-5 hours per week.Concession StandWelcome patrons to the theatre. Help serve concessions (popcorn, beverages, & candy). If you stay for the show, assist with clean-up (lobby, auditorium, and bathrooms). 1-6 hours per week.Community OutreachEngage with other community organizations for partnership opportunities. Coordinate community opportunities with needs/constraints of the theatre operation. Coordinate the execution of events/programs. 5-8 hours per week. |

About us | The Bay Community Theatre Organization was founded in December 2018 to continue the long legacy of a community-oriented movie house in the heart of Suttons Bay. For more than 70 years The Bay has been a place for the community to come together to enjoy wonderful films and live events. We operate the theatre with a small paid staff and dedicated volunteers. The organization relies on ticket and concessions sales, theatre rentals, donations, corporate sponsorships, and patron memberships. |
