| Description | We currently have the largest need for community members to become volunteer mentors! The mentor serves as a role model and friend to support students in reaching their full potential. This includes one-on-one time getting to know and building trust with your mentee; planning and attending enriching outings to enjoy together; and offering support as the student navigates their college planning.Many of our mentor/mentees forge truly meaningful bonds, maintaining their relationship long after the formal mentorship program ends! We even have multiple repeat mentors who have stayed with us for 5-10+ years because the program is so touching and life-changing.
