Needs |
Depot For Creative Reuse Center VolunteerVolunteers will interact with wonderful kids, encourage them to express their unique creative personalities, and assist with putting together their creations. Volunteers may also help organize material donations, assist with miscellaneous Community Makerspace tasks, and enhance our Depot for Creative Reuse. No prior experience necessary.Group & Corporate VolunteerWe have many service events available for larger groups and businesses seeking to build on their social responsibility programs within the community through volunteer service.Mueseum-On-Wheels Outreach ProgramChild Creativity Lab hosts numerous S.T.E.A.M.-based, creativity-enhancing workshops on-site at schools, after-school programs, libraries, and many other community locations every single week. Volunteers will interact with wonderful kids, encourage them to express their unique creative personalities, and assist with putting together their creations. |

About us | The Child Creativity Lab features a community makerspace that offers an eclectic variety of STEM-based workshops for children, teens, and educators that are hands-on, purposeful, and yet fun, engaging, and similar in excitement level and entertainment value of jump houses and other “pure-play” amusement centers. In addition, the Depot for Creative Reuse provides a much-needed resource to the community for extremely affordable reclaimed and reusable materials sourced from businesses all throughout Southern California. |
