Events VolunteerJoin us at adoption events where we show dogs available for adoption. We need assistance at every event in setting up booths and tear downs, bake sale items, taking care of food and water for the dogs, holding dogs, and greeting people. Due to insurance restrictions, volunteers need to be at least 18 years of age to handle the dogs, but we encourage all others to volunteer with us.Transporting DogsWe need help in transporting dogs from shelters nearby and far flung, to vet appointments, to adoption events, and to foster homes.Foster VolunteerFostering a Rescue dog is one of the most rewarding things you can do. These dogs often are pulled from the shelters when they are on the euthanasia list so we are their last hope. Helping these dogs find hope and knowing they are loved is a priceless gift you can give. All that is required is opening your heart and home to one of our orphans. |
